01. Starting the Journey

Once you have received an invite to join the program, you’ll start an online account. This will be your starting place on the journey to become a black belt.

02. The Bushido Box

All members will receive a Bushido Box with instructions on how to use contents, information regarding the program, and access to program details to control/monitor your health.

03. THe Health Assessment

Our unique and innovative physical evaluation utilizes many advanced testing modalities including brain health testing, functional medicine and nutritional counseling. Members will also experience 2 bio-hacking tools to use for stress and healing.

04. Personalized Consultation

After your health assessment, our team will schedule a virtual follow-up. From there we’ll establish a personalized plan by identifying health goals, and review our recurring services and any equipment recommended.

Comprehensive Health and wellness Evaluation

You’ll receive first-class transportation to our Sandstone Health facility in Conroe, Texas, for your in-person evaluation.

Now it is time for your in-person evaluation at our state-of-the-art facility. Coming from out of town? No problem! You’ll get your own personal concierge for transportation.

Our comprehensive Black Belt Health™ evaluation is personalized to the individual whose busy schedule demands a streamlined yet high-quality experience. This evaluation process is focused on six key areas: Brain Health, Emotional Well-Being, Physical Function, Peak Performance Nutrition, Optimal Chemistry and Physiology, and Body Composition.
